I am not sure of the window manufacturer but the windows are about 12-13 years old. This trim piece fits on the outside face of the bottom edge of the lower sash sealing against the sill. I was able to find the manufacture name to be Simonson Profinish windows. I hope this helps

Do you carry this weatherstripping?

My windows are Certainteed double-hung in an almond/putty color. You an compare it a bit to the white-ish paper in the photo. It's not the whitest paper and the lighting is very warm, so it may not show the contrast of the almond/putty color very well. I'm pretty sure the ".187 T-SLOT FOAM FILL ... (cont.)

I bought 58-182 weatherstrip for the bottom of double hung windows. The track it slides into is closed at both ends. How do I install it?

I think the windows are Mi Windows.Cannot find tags on the windows. Home was built in 2001 I think .187 T-SLOT OFFSET HOLLOW FOAM SEAL,12FT Product Code: 58-183 will work but not sure.
