26-175 CertainTeed Pivot Bar, Pair

We are looking for a set of these parts for a certainteed window installed around 1997. They go in the corners of the tilt in window frame to hold the window up. The pin is broken off from both sides so the window doesn't stay up when lifted. Thank you for your help! Sherry

I believe it's a pivot bar on an older double hung Certainteed. It's broken and the only thing stamped on it is 103-2. The base is 2 3/8" and 3 1/4" total including the piece that you insert into the window. The height is 7/8" and it's 5/8" wide.

Hi. Here a a photo of a right certainteed internal latch that I cannot find anywhere. It is 3 1/2" long by about 11/16"can you please help me find this. Also can you help me identify the pivot arm part and new fasteners to attach them to the same windows. Than you so much! Eric

It looks like your New style 26-175 but mine is narrower. Also like your 26-353 but mine are offset for left right. 16 years old windows. Any help from Is greatly appreciated. Thanks, John.

hello, i purchased a pivot bar from you that i thought was close enough even though the dimensions were slightly off thinking it wouldn't make a difference but it does. i purchased the 26-353. the thickness makes it so that the window doesn't quite close enough to lock. i was also looking at 26-175 ... Need a couple of pivot bars for a Certainteed window, approx 10 years old. The "tongue" itself is about 3/16" thick by 7/8"long. The body that fits to the sash is about 11/16" wide by about 2 7/16" long (thickness is about 3/16". Please call if I can give you some more info. I live in Hawaii on ... (cont.)

This part is at my apartments. I live 30 miles from them. I can get it later today if necessary. There was an inquiry on your site about the same part. That person said his had a part number on it, 103-28?

I spoke to one of your people this week about a Certainteed double hung window in a house in Sea Isle. He ask me to follow this procedure to get help. As I see it there are 2 issues. This is a view from underneath the window. We opened the window hard and broke 2 metal bars that go into a c channel. The window now falls if it's unlocked. Seeking 2 pivot bars unless I'm mistaken.

It appears to be 2+5/16 x 7/8. It was bent. Tried to fix it and it broke.

The parts in the right side of the window need replaced. The cast metal "L" with pin has broken at corner.
