How do I obtain the hardware? I already order a set on 7.27.20 and installed them in one of my windows with the existing hardware. But I need to order another set but I need the hardware because I lost the hardware. Can you let me know where I can obtain the hardware? What size screws do I need to p ... (cont.)

I am confused because i dont see the exact part. I see one of your parts with more notches, and the bump. is this the universal replacement part? Please share part number you suggest. Is there a left & right pivot bar? if yes, please share both part numbers.Thank you Michael

Do I need to replace the pivot bar if I am replacing with new style springs and shoe?

I need the left pivot bar from the lower sash of a Certainteed vinyl window. Dimensions are noted in the uploaded photo. Might as well replace the right one as well. Thanks.
