89-036 Two-Point Adjustable Striker

I have a Value Slider (manufactured in Duarte CA). The receiver part is missing so I cannot lock the door. The factory seems to be very slow in responding and it is creating a safety issue. Can you help?

Approximately 7 1/2" top to bottom white frame piece holding part shown in photos. Approximately 4 3/4" center of top screw to center of bottom screw.

Hi, I need a replacement striker for my sliding door. I purchased item 89-030 but it was too wide and didn't quite work for my sliding door. Are there any other strikers that I should look into?

Sliding door will not lock, i was able to narrow that the lock is broken. I do not have an part number but I want to make sure that DOUBLE HOOK MORTISE LOCK is the correct part, in addition I added the photo of the hinge where the door meets as I would like to replace that part as well, hope to hear ... We looking for this Morttis lock we only have the front face keeper size is 8"3/4 from end to end and 3 from hook to hook on the morttis lock. We need the Morttis lock and the front face keeper. Thanks.
