Hello! The inside lock has fallen off ( The handle is great..no problem) Here are pictures of the piece I am looking for as well as the serial numbers inside of the door frame.

When we moved into our new home notices there was no catch for the patio door latch. I hope the pictures are clear enough to see what part I need.
