I need a pic or video of how to assemble the s180 coil into the 15-187 coil housing pivot. Please tell me the 26-422 pivot bar fits into this new housing. Need a pic or video of how the this works

Hi, Last week you guys recognized my obscure pivot bars and sent me replacements. I was astonished. Now, it gets hardest. Turns out the coil balances are also broken on both sides in two windows. Can the attached photos give you a clue as to what I need?Thanks,BG

I didn't see these on your webpage. They are 3" long, 1/4" wide and 1/8" thick. Screw holes are 3/4" apart. Also what info do you need to get the correct coiled springs? Thanks, Dale

The pivot bar in my tilt window broke. I was sold a caldwell pivot bar that is approximately 27/7 inch long. When I tried to use the holes did not line up. This is the only label I found on my windows. Is this correct part? If so, do I drill holes to match up? Or do I need a different part? The h ... (cont.)

I am looking to get pivot pars for my windows that look similar or serve the same purpose. Attached pics of the existing ones. It has a number 10 etched on the top side.

Both broke when opening. Soft lite wasn't much help thank you for any help.

Hello, I think I need one sash pivot bar that broke from the base of my tilt window. Please review my pictures of where it broke off and please let me know if that is the correct part or not.

I need to replace the locking shoe in the attached image. Can you tell me if you have it? Does the shoe fit in both sides of the window or is their a left and right shoe? If so what are their part numbers?

My niece has a sash that does not stay up. The windows are about 5 years old. The coil spring appears to have 'escaped' from the 9lb Quick Tilt Balance. Unsure what "series" (i.e 140 series) is needed.
