I need four of these Jelwin double hung window retainers. They are a small die cast piece that screws on to the bottom of the double hung window to keep it up. Metallic arm attached to window bottom, which inserts into spring devices within window frame tracks has snapped off. Is this part available? Markings: 5 ? below this are 6R on one and 6L on the other side Thank you Steve

I'm assuming i need S140-7 as the shoes read 7L 7R. They are also marked T5,353,548 but i don't know if that is relevant. I do not have permission to cut yet. TRYING TO LOCATE BALANCE PARTS FOR ACCENT WINDOW

I think this is called a pivot bar/shoe but it appears to be broken. Just want to order the right part. Not sure what kind of windows they are.
