Marking on the plastic bracket is 9R

Hi, I have a Redibuilt by Survivor 7100 series window that will not stay up. I am aware that Survivor windows are no longer available. Coils have an 8R and 8L also missing retainer. Windows were purchased from a local manufacturer and installer named Kelly Windows.

The part that is needed is to replace two broken lower pivot bars - the pic I sent is a broken bar that I taped but is broken between the two mounting holes I took two more pictures one of the shoe from the broken window and one from a shoe with a window with intact pivot bars.
