These latches are for a vertical sliding window(not a tilt window). They are older windows and i can't find any markings on them to find out the manufacturer. These latches keep the window at whatever desired height you pull the window to while also keeping the window from falling out. ... (cont.)

I'm a handyman and have a customer that has aluminum tilt windows. I cannot find any manufacturer information on the windows. The latches are white, surface mount 3" long X 3/4" wide. I am trying to identify the latch for my tilt windows. Please see attached pictures. They are held in place by a single, small phillips head screw. The lever part snaps in on top but the one depicted has the tabs broken off.

It looks like I need the 900 Series replacement balances. However the color of the tip on the current balances is yellow which is not one of your choices.
