Need to replace these tilt bars and the shoes that go with them, please advise

I an in need of a 2 window pivot shoes like in the attachment as well as 2 pivot bars. Would you be able to help? Thank you

I ordered 10 units of S140-26 and the pivot shoe does not fit the side mount pivot bars that I have on my windows. Do you sell side mount pivot bars that fit this shoe? The only marking is the Harvey logo on the sash locks.

This is the piece that is supposed to slide into the Pivot Shoe? I think it's called? It's riveted into the side of the window. It wouldn't go in and i believe it is because it's bent so I tried to straighten it out and it snapped. I've attached some pics of the window sticker / warranty sticker as ... (cont.)

The pivot bar is 22 years old. It measures 2 1/2 inches long. The first hole is 5/8 in from the end and the second hole is 1 3/8 in from end.You company is my last hope. If you don't have the exact pivot bar, is there one that I can convert? Thank you, John Flemington, NJ

Attached are two different brackets. The plastic bracket is from a tilt-out style window, metal frame. The metal bracket is from vinyl replacement windows that tilt in for cleaning.
