My top and bottom ashes won't stay up and fall out when I tilt in to clean. They are both missing the silver piece I'm pointing to in the last picture

This is a comfort plus window 27.75 inch x 53.50 inch tilt out sash. The matching piece that fits into the hole in the counter balance track is missing. I have a Harvey window that needs 2 new channel balance and a pivot bar. Pivot bar is snapped off not sure if it can be fixed or not?

These are for vinyl Harvey tilt in windows circa 2002. They fit into another Circular slot piece that slides up and down so windows can tilt in to clean. Both have now come out. Is a part broken?
