15-216 T-Lock Pivot Shoe

My window that slides up and down and tilts out broke. The metal piece on the bottom of the window slides into a piece attached to the spring. I don't know what is called or if it can be replaced

The window was not staying in the open position and during the inspection/investigation I discovered there were pieces that were broken. The window balance is a 28F. If you could assist me with parts for this window. The channel itself is 22" and non ribbed. It looks like it could be the 765. Hard to determine being that this window channel is destroyed and missing pieces. Plus the bottom pieces that the window itself locks into do not move at all ... (cont.)

These are parts from 20-year-old window which are broken. the only information that I can find about the window is an etching on the glass...possibly AFG is the manufacturer.
