Hi I need a balance and shoe for Quaker double hung window

I am looking for replacement pivot shoes, pivot bars and balances for an earthwise window. The pivot shoe is 1/2" thick, 1-3/16" wide and 1-3/8" tall. The pivot bar is 2-1/2" long. The balance is 12" long. Can you assist me in identifying appropriate replacement parts?

I have attached photos of each end of a 28" x 9/16" balance. The only marking on the balance is 28C. Can you help identify an appropriate replacement? Can you recommend a pivot shoe that would work with this as well? The existing shoe is 1 1/4 x 9/16. Thanks

I have measured this part in the attached photos MULTIPLE times. Shoe is 1/2" thick, exactly 1 3/8" tall and is exactly one inch in diameter. Any suggestions for the replacement parts? I need two window balance rods for pivot windows. They are 20 inches in length and the pivot shoe/wedge looks to be 1 1/4" in the channel.
