Hi, I have a customer that has a broken rope on their window balance and they claim it is a Hurd Window but my guys could not find anything on the windows mentioning a brand name. Can you tell by these pictures if you would have a replacement balance for these? Thank you!

(2004) balance string and spring rivot broke on on right side of my kitchen window (PICS). Do you have a balance replacement for BSI 34B that will fit my pivot? Hello, I'm hoping you folks can assist. I need to replace the shoe pivots (not sure if this is the correct name), and ideally I would replace just the bottom pieces of the balances. The balances themselves are ok, but the plastic pieces at the bottom that attach to the shoe are breaking off. Picture ... (cont.)

Looking to replace the piece. Also some advise on getting the old one out and new one back in. Outside of breaking the old one to pieces but that doesn't solve getting the new one back in

I have older windows, manufacturer unknown. On 4 windows, the pivot shoe is broken. The window balancers are in good condition. The markings on the balancers show BSI and 32b and 32c. Looking through the site I gather I would need the following parts to replace 9 balancer for our home. 5795-33 33 series 795 Chanel balancer 33D 15-216 Block pivot shoe 26-402 Side mount pivot bar 15-224 Inverted link The clips at the top of the balancer have broken off the plastic chanels on the ... Looks similar to a few you have listed. Shoe 1/2 " deep, approximately 3/4 wide.

we are trying to find this balancer we cant seem to find the correct end that will go into the shoe. Maybe they dont make this kind of end anymore that goes into the shoe maybe you can help with something that we can replace to replace the balancers.
