Circa 2002 better-built tilt window, rectangle part approximately 2 3/4 inch x 1 1/4 inch. Marking says "RAISE SASH 2" MINIMUM TO TILT" - "TILT" written diagonally. Thank you!!!

hello. i need a tile latch part. left and right. the widow lock part said mastic. see photos with dimensions. LMK if you need anyting else.

My existing latch is 1 1/8”wide x 2 7/8” long with hole to hole 2 1/8” and backset of 1/2”

I bought this house a few years ago, so I have no documentation on where the windows were purchased. Google directed me to this part being a Swisco part. 30 year old, single hung, Pennco windows. The Tilt latch has broken (pictures 1 & 2). This is the left side of the window. Picture 3 shows the complete, right side latch. The length of the part is 2 7/8". Width 1 1/8". Thickness 1/4". Screw holes are on 2 1/8" centers. Do you have this o ... (cont.)

There is two and this holds movable lower window tight to frame for good seal. The peice that fits into rail is broken

I think this is called a window sash guide, but I'm looking to replace at least one that is on the left-hand side of the window. It's on a Better-Bilt window. Window tilt latches

These are basic windows from 1996 I think. The only markings are Mastic on the window locks. I'd like to buy at leaas eight of them, if possible. Thank you. Gary
