I need this window latch for the right side of a double-hung Better Built window. This latch releases the window so can pull window inside and clean outside of window.As far as I can measure this latch is 3" long. 2 1/8"? hole center spacing. 1/8 inch from screw to end of latch, I think.Please le ... Hi, Tbh is part does not have a part number on it, and I am not sure who makes the window. What I do know is that there is supposed to be a piece of plastic that holds the window in the track. The "pin" broke, so now the window no longer stays in the track.

These are the retention tabs on the movable window. Both tabs have broken off and the window falls into the kitchen. Looking to replace. No name of manufacturer on windows.

Hello! No identifying marking on windows but many need replacements Sash is metal 3 inches long, about 2 & 5/16 hole to hole. Tilt lock is plastic , 3 inches 3/16 long, 2 3/16 hole to hole .

This is from a white vinyl double hung with no markings or manufacturer info.

Overall dimension: 2 7/8" by 1" Distance between screws: 2 1/8" Distance from latch edge to 1st screw is 1/2"

I need 10 @ right hand and 10 @ left Hand of each of these two latches.

I believe the window brand is General Aluminum based on the "GA" marking on the window. One part is the pivot bar and the other one is the tilt latch. I can't find any place that has any stock of those parts.

Latches allow window sash to be tipped in for cleaning. Weatherstrip slides in, and is approximately 7/32 wide.

I need the hardware on top of the bottom pane that locks the window as well as the hardware on the sides that guide it in the groves.

Hinge for Mastic windows most likely produce in 1998/1999 need replacing, as the hinge broke. Could you help me locate the correct part.
