I am in need of a replacement lock, I have searched the numbers on the sticker but no help. Can you please help me? please call or email me, thank you.

I have an Anderson sliding glass patio door handle that has broken. Photos with specs are attached.It is a Silver Line 8002344228. Hello. Have a sliding door without markings or ID that I have found. Latch locked up, cannot show you the latch arms (there are two).
