I have an Anderson sliding glass patio door handle that has broken. Photos with specs are attached.It is a Silver Line 8002344228. I am hoping you carry this brand. There is a plastic housing at the jamb side moveable up and down but the strike plate or receiver plate is missing.

Hello. Have a sliding door without markings or ID that I have found. Latch locked up, cannot show you the latch arms (there are two). At times the mortise hooks do not engage with the latch. The patio door looks locked but it can be opened. Additionally, at other times when attempting to engage the mortise hooks they do not engage all the way as if they are striking the latch and go no further. The anti slam button is activated. ...
