38-962 34.9" Tie Bar, 2 Interlock Roller

Hi. Looking to find this replacement part for a casement window unit. It measures 34 7/8". I cannot find any markings as to what make this window is.

Looking for viking casement window hardware

Tie bar is 34.9" long x 1/2" wide. Bottom roller is 7/8" from bottom edge. Top roller is 3 3/4" from top edge. I have included photos with measurements. I also need 4 tie bar clips. I have included a photo of that as well. I couldn't find an exact match, so I am assuming that they have changed the d ... (cont.)

I'm looking for four clips the number on the clip that I have is 45153. I'm looking for two replacement bars. They are 36 inches long. There is a clip about 1 inch from the bottom and then a second clip at the 32nd inch.

I'm almost thinking we just need to replace the whole lock assembly. Most of the other window parts were Truth - The black piece is 35 inches long. The handle looks just like one that a Swisco rep showed me but that little piece connecting the two doesn't look right.
