26-226 Pivot Bar, 3-1/16"

Good Morning Everyone I am in need of a pivot shoe that is almost the same part(15-188)except that the width is 1" not 1 1/4. The parts are the same except for that dimension. Looking for the part number to what I believe is from an Andersen double hung window. 1" between 2 screw holes, slightly under 3 inch length.

Hello, I need to replace this pivot bar for multiple double hung windows throughout my house. The pivot bar is used with a double coil balance spring shoe. I believe this part best matches Pivot Bar Product Code: 26-226. The picture included shows a "3" on the part, but numbers on the same part var ... (cont.)

Have had several break. Can you identify?

This is how it connects to the sash. It is 3" long 1" center to center of threaded holes. and about a 1/4" wide. It connects with 2 screws at the bottom of the window.

So pivot bars have broken: 1) replacement pivot bars, as above, 2 screw holes, stamped "16" 2) replacement shoes? My pivot bar screws are stripped, what are my options? You see, the pivots are tipping, causing the shoe brake to be applied just enough to make it hard to move the sash up & down.Thank you in advance.Adam

We recently purchased a house and realized that none of the windows close completely, and several of the upper sashes won't stay up when not latched.
