S395-26 26" Series 395 Channel Balance

Part number or marking 25 -5 - BSI

It appears that I need a series 395 2550 part to replace in my windows but just wanted to check. Channel is 26" long stamped 25 5. Has wings on top but not on bottom.

Please advise for the proper replacement. Need 4. Thank you.

Markings are 25 3BSL MF I'm guessing based on picture on your website it is series 395. Please confirm.

Hello, Pictured is a channel balance, Labeled BSI 2530, Aluminum channel without the plastic ends is 26" The sash that it was mounted on is 28 1/2 " wide and 27" high. Hi, I have a series 395 26" window sash. I just need one replacement sash but I also noticed that there is nothing on my window to actually grab on to the sash. I am not sure what parts I need on the window so it may grab on the sash. Thank you.

Hi! One of the balancers are broken at the top I believe. Having said hat the metal rods are very rusty as you can see. The rod is 6;inches without the plastic top and bottom. Can you help me out? Thank you!

Looking for the correct replacement parts

One window will not stay open and the other side is hard to open. I noticed that the clip on the left side is missing. I would like to order the replacement counter-balance springs for both windows, both sides.

Hi, we have 3 doublehung Alenco windows that have channel balancers that are stamped 25C. We replaced the glass with a heavier glass and now the windows won't stay open.
