Hello, I have PGT SH-4000 windows that I need to balances for and the clips on the top please.

Allenco windowsbalances have 3 stamped codes: 2430; B.S.I.; DJdimensions: 26" from the bottom of the plastic foot to the tip of the plastic guide. 2 widths the side with the stamps is 9/16" and side that's open is not quite 11/16" but it's also bent so I'm not really sure.the height is 5/8"I need ab ... I have a non-tilt PGT window that I am trying to remove because the channel balance is stuck. I have watched a couple of your videos and as a result was able to successfully remove the channel balance on the right side. However, the one on the left side still stuck (see photo). My balancer has 25 9 LW CMC 11 stamped on it, it looks like the highest you have is 2570 and it looks like I need a 2590, will the 2570 work?

The first window measures 26 inches from end-to-end not including the plastic... That's to say the metal part only. Markins show 25 DS 37. The shorter one 24 inches and 1010 metal only not including plastic. The markings show 23 90 26. Thank you in advance for your help
