S395-28 28" Series 395 Channel Balance

Hi, I need to replace these two on my window and found the number on the channel is 27-4. I no longer have the metal hook that attaches into the slot on the window frame but it looks like the image from your website which I also included in my photos.

The string broke on this window balance and I need help identifying the part. The window is bfs brand. The balance is 1/2 inch wide and the metal part is 28 inches long. It is stamped with 27-3. Thank you

The balance is stamped with 27-4. Need id for balance and top sash guide.

Part is stamped 2740 then in small letters BH then BSI. which is the correct 2740 replacement? There seems be be a few different

Channel balance was removed. Marking 2730 Width 1/2 inch Length: 28 inch

I have some broken channel balances on Builder's First Choice windows. The labels say 27-4 and 27-3 on them. One came from a 46" window and the other from a 35" window. The top sash guides are also broken. I believe they are 5/8" The actual thickness of the channel guides is a little less than 0.5." ... (cont.)

Hi, I need to replace some window balances. The windows were installed in 1996. The locks have ALENCO on them. The backside of the balance has the number 740 on it.
