S395-28 28" Series 395 Channel Balance

Hi, I have these window chanel balancer for non tilt window it is 1/2 inch width and 28 inches length but I am unsure what series it would be as the top part looks like from series S380 or S385 and the bottom part looks like from series S351 or S370. My channel balance looks like series 385 except that it's 28". The metal measure 28". Let me know if you have one.

I have a non-tilt single hung that and I need replacement balancers. The current balancer is stamped "Caldwell IQ 27-5." The metal rod is 27 7/8 inches long. I need help with the right replacement part. Thanks, Ray

Hi, I have 2 sets of window channel balance and I like to confirm the parts #. The stampcode, one is 2730 and another one is 2740. I search your web site. I think the part # is S395 with 2730 or 2740, with top 19-005 and bottom 15-002 (1-1/8" deep). Please confirm it ASAP. Thanks. ... (cont.)

Need help identifying the ends. Winged top looks like a 19-005. Non-winged shoe looks like it could be 15-001 or 15-002. Measures about 1/16" over 1". What part do you suggest? I'm thinking a S395-28 with option 2740 would fit, but concerned the 1-1/8" deep shoe might be an issue. Also is 2740 the ... (cont.)

I think these are series 395. Would really appreciate your identification as I intend to order them for 2 windows that have failed recently and several more to have on hand as spare parts. Each picture shows both ends. They are from Alenco windows in my house built in 1991.

Length: 28" Markings: DB LO 27-3. Looks exactly like sash on single hung window video
