The existing balancer mark shown on the metal is 32-9 But I cannot find 32-9, Will the 33" 395 series,S395-33 3275 get enough strength? Thanks

Hello- i need 2 of these window balances. Came off a viking single hung vinyl window. Sash approx 36 tall by 36 wide the metal part measures 33" i can barely read the printing but it seems to say "32 4 ER Caldwell" please let me know if you have these. thanks

I have 2 single hung windows with broken balances. It looks like the metal pulley end that attaches to the spring broke on both balances of both windows. The balance channel is 33" long. Hello. I need to replace a 1/2" non-tilt channel balance but the top and shoe combination are not among your standard selections. The top looks like a 19-005 and the bottom looks like a 15-001 or 15-003.
