S395-33 33" Series 395 Channel Balance

My window are dropping like a Guillotine! I need to replace the balance parts of the windows.? There is a code 3230 on the balance. Never did this before any help would be Appreciated. I also have a mother window but not sure how to measure it. I can't get the balance out.Thank youKaren ... (cont.)

33 inch length PN 3240 Questions: 1) Do I need to replace balances on both sides of the window? 2) Please recommend any lubricant to use on the balances.

These are my channel balances, they are 33" long. One pic shows the numbers they came with. The measurement is from the edges of the metal frame. Thanks for your help

33 inch metal. markins printed are 32 3 JO caldwell. I believe the part number to be S380-33 but can you tell the weight by these numbers and provide to me? Thank you, Brian

I have used your web site to identify the channel balances for my Atrium windows. I believe the correct item is your SWISCO Series 395 option 3240 channel balance. The sash weighs 21 pounds and option 3230 (18-23 pounds) may work but the number on my old parts is 32-4 which makes me think that opti ... (cont.)

According to your sizing guide I need a S395 balance. 33" and option 3240. Just wanted to make sure before I ordered.

I'm looking to purchase 4 of the entire balance, preassembled (no riveting for me!!!). It's marked "3240 BSI GG", it' 33" long and 9/16" wide. I've enclosed two pictures each or each end (two different views of each end).
