I need internal tilt latches for Simonton Windows The picture is of 2 right side I need: 4 left side 2 right side Identifying marks on the underside of the latch are: 10A and 10B .092 PAT. #5,139,291

I have a couple Alcoa vinyl tilt windows i would like to try to repair the info i have came from 35.5 X 59.5 inch window #91018600.11, mfg 01/05/94 in sprinfield ohio, style 2V1H6L, All windows installed on new house in 1994. The pivot shoe is 5/8? deep. The springs are around 30?. I think you can see the other dimensions in my photos. Hope you can help us. Pat

Looking to replace both latches on this window. I couldn't find the brand of window. any help would be greatly appreciated.

Window mfg window depot Clifton NJ. ( out of biz) Right hand tilt latch. 2 1/2 inch in length and 3/4" wide. Plastic tip snapped off and cannot hold window on track when opened. I assume to replace I just pry off the broken one and insert replacement. No screws appear to be holding it in place. ... (cont.)

It is the latch that you pull if you want to remove or clean the window. The latch gets broken VERY EASILY! MOST COMMON CAUSE is people opening the window too hard! and then when they break.when you open the window the top of the window falls down and hits you in the head

Hello, I need to find about a dozen of these, left and right side latches for Alenco windows. Picture attached. Most have broken plastic pieces that go into the side of the window frame to hold the window in place. Some have broken top levers as well.

I don't know the manufacurer, but need to replace the coil spring balance and tilt latch on two windows.

I'm replacing broken tilt latches - as shown in attached photo. Can you identify? Thanks for your help!
