I need a sash lock and balances for some Gorell windows. The Gorell model # is 5155 and measures 23X59. Please see attached photos.

Need tilt latch for Sears Simonton double hung window.

The builder of our house can't find the original records, but believes that our windows were manufactured by Alenco (TX) or Silverline (NJ). We need a bunch of balance clips and a handful of sash tilt mechanisms. Can you identify by the attached photos?

I have 4 Farley windows that have broken tilt latches. It's the release that lets the window tilt down for cleaning. The entire part seems about 3 inches in size. Is it possible to get these latches?

I am a Real Estate Broker and one of my sellers needs to replace a missing tilt window latch, right hand. The window brand is Alcoa. I do not have a picture to share and was wondering if 26-244 works on all Alcoa windows. Thank you, Barbara

These pics and dimensions shown in one of the pics, are for a pivot lock shoe I need for a Pennco Window that is white vinyl with the lower part tilts in and removes. Upper portion is fixed. I will upload other pics of a tilt latch I also need for the same window.

Do you have these replacements? Vinyl single hung windows. Aprox 18 years old. ThANKS

I only see a # 59 And L 1 on the bottom

Our tilt latches measure 2 and 5/8" long, not including the tab; by 5/8" wide. We find no brand marking on the windows. They were installed when we built the house and are 12 years old.

This is the window shoe lock for the balances. I need 40 as they all broke! Can you believe that? 40/66 are broken. I can send a pic if that help. Plastic is green and the base is 1 inch wide

I have a window that won't seal, was told by a contractor friend the latches were broken in both sides. Do you have replacements? Your help is much appreciated

I have several of these windows with broken balances, tilt latches. The actual channel is 36", spring is 20.5" from one end of hook to the other. I can't find a stamp on the channel. I do have a parts list from Plygem from a couple of years ago if it would help.
