Hello I am currently trying to replace four internal window latches and can't seem to find the right size. I have attached pictures to show the dimensions. Any help would be greatly appreciated!! I have the coil part numbers. Need to know which bumper or cover will work and I broke 3 latches

There are no identifying marks or names anywhere on window or frame. The only numbers are on the inside window balancer. Please help identify the inside & outside balancers, tilt latch & balance shoe. Is is a new discussion.

Here is picture of what is on the top inside of my windows. I am not sure if the word Gravois is the brand name. I am looking for couple of balences, pivot lock shoes and tilt latshes. We have several window plastic latches that don't function any longer. The key feature is the mortise running along the length of the unit. I need a tilt latch that looks exactly like 26-391 but with different dimensions. I need 11/16" where you have 3/4" 2-5/8" where you have 2-7/8" 3/8" where you have 5/16"

I am needing these replacement parts. Is this enough information to be able to determine what parts that are need? I have a customer needing a coil spring (5232208) that is 3/8" wide. One for a 4 lb x 35" window. And one for a 5lb x 35" window.

Does this fit a Simonton vinyl D/H window? The size appears to be right. The ones I need are 2 5/8" x 11/16 x 7/16 total height. Thanks Bob

I have a similar issue and have attached a few more detailed pictures. I cannot locate a stamp on the metal channel but it measures 26 1/2". I also need a new tilt latch. Can you please help?
