Purchased your tilt latch 26-393 found that latch does not fit my vinyl windows. Attached two photos of your latch on left my latch on right. Can you please recommend replacement .

I have Patriot windows installed throughout the house. Many of the slide-in tilt latches are coming off (picture attached) and I am trying to find replacement parts for it. Please advice what replacement part I need to replace these.

I recently had my house inspected and the inspector indicated that the tilt lock mechanism was missing from a wondow and that the window was "out of the ballast." He recommended that I buy replacement parts and repair. Can you assist me in locating the correct parts? Jeff
