I had 2 Alside excalibur tilt sash locks break on me. Attached are the photos. I need 3 pairs (right and left) white vinyl. They are the slide type for installation and are 2 5/8 inch in length (which apparently is an odd size). Let me know how you can help me out

Could you please help me identify the reference for the tilt window latch featured in the attached document. I would need the reference for both the right-handed and left-handed versions of that part.

It looks like it's 2 5/8" long and about 11/20" width and maybe half an inch in depth. It was hard to measure though, so I'd like to be sure before I purchase something. Thank you

Hello, I am having trouble finding the right parts. I need the balance, the shoe and the retaining clip. I thought the balance was a 795 but it has no indentation on the balance so the sash can slide down into the shoe. The balance is a 32D. I believe you consider the shoe as an open shoe. It 7/8" w ...
