I have alside dual hung vinyl windows. I'm trying to find replacement window tilt latches that are 2 3/4" long and 3/4" wide. I unfortunately do not know the specific part number. Balance is 32" long Has a hook at the top and a balance shoe at the bottom. It looks like a 15-194 it measured closet to that picture. Pivot bar looks like 26-021 matches dementions pretty good. Both latches are broken and do not hold the window in the frame, both right and left. Removal of one had the plastic shatter. The numbers on the underneath are C in middle. 75 on the piece where latch goes in and out. Also 5.139.291

This latch broke and I need a new one. It came off a PlyGem window from a ten year old house. There was only one sticker I could find in the window frame, which where I could make out the name PlyGem. Not sure if that helps at all. Thank you for your assistance. Window lock were broken during a break in, just looking for replacement.

Patent #5,139,291

Both tilt latches are pretty old so they are broke. Only thing keeping the window up is the lock in the middle. I need these specific tilt latches please. Thank you.
