Need channel balances, swivels and swing locks. Chanel's measure 28" and are stamped 28C

I need the tilt balance. Mine plastic housing is for 3 spring but only used 2. I need the 3 inch T and the window releases right and left. Several sets of each. My house built in 2007.

1: I am converting from a Block and Tackle Rod Balance to a Channel Balance for all my windows, 19 to be exact. Does it matter which cam is chosen, open or closed, when replacing the entire balance? How do I know if the existing pivot bars are compatible with the replacement balances? Should I just ... (cont.)

Several windows have broken Channel (26C marking) Balance assembly. The block and tackle pulley has broken away from the spring and the T-lock shoe and rivets in the channel have come apart leaving the spring totally disconnected. This is a clip that is on the top of the bottom window on a double hung window. There are two clips, one on each side. I NEED the latch which measures 2 5/8" long by 5/8 to 11/16" of an inch wide. whether it's the 26-24 OR the 26-244 the measurement stated is the one I NEED.Regards,Winston

Looking forward tilt latch replacement? The back of my old broken latch shows PA T. number 5139.291 and there's a G in the middle of the latch.. I believe my latch is only 2 1/2 inches long not counting the triangle shaped piece at the end.. looking for a replacement and would appreciate your though ... (cont.)
