26-244 Tilt Window Latch, Right Hand

I'm looking for the correct replacement parts for my simonton windows. Need the coil springs with cover and new tilt out plastic latch pins. Please help.

Dimensions are 2 5/8 long by 5/8 wide not including the knife edge latch part which is about 1/4 of an inch

Having a very difficult time finding these, it would be great if you could help me find a match. I need at lease 24 sets. Thanks!!

Need both tilt latch Both balance assemblies and shoes Coils have 5.0 35 ? One pivot arm

I need to replace both the tilt lock and tilt latch. My title latch is 1/4" at the tip. The lock is 2/34" in total length and 2" from screw to screw.

Broken low profile tilt latches for SoftLite Barrington windows, purchased September 2006. Approximately 2 5/8 inches by 9/16 inch.

I have a Milgard window Installed approx. 2000, Single Hung, Bottom tilt out, w/internal grid. Width is 25 13/16" clear glass. I bought these from you once, but now I dont see them in your parts pages.The body is 9/16" wide x 2 - 9/16" long.If you are able to look up my past purchase, I need the same ones.I will order both left and rights once I know the part number for them and the cost.Doug

I had a break into my home and the person cause damage to the window Title latches and window sash lock. I have tried to order from different companies and it alway seem never find the right ones. Could please help in any way. Many thanks.Best RegardsJimmy

I need both the left and right snap in tilt latches for a Silverline Series 2915 Single Hung Window. I have attached photos with the dimensions as well as the bottom with the markings in hopes you can identify the necessary replacement parts. Thank you.

Closing on my house 11/19/2021. Need parts ASAP. Each window has a dual coil spring with 5# stamped on each coil. One picture of the coil , but will post on another to include the other pictures

The window folds in for cleaning. The small plastic tabs that keep the window in the channel have broken off
