choosing a channel balance model number
I need replacement channel balances (1/2"). The I.D numbers are 2620 and 2820, but I can not tell which top and shoe to use. My windows are Metalite, installed around 1981. Thank you.

15-001 vs 15-002 channel balance shoe
The 15-001 measures 1-1/8" deep where as the 15-002 measures 1" deep. Go to the product pages to see the detailed measures and compare to the shoe you are replacing.

What is the difference between the numbers 2810 - 2840 for the S351-29? Is there different spring tensions?

S390 Channel balance shoes
You can take a look at the shoe by itself, it is 15-001. Let me know if you need more dimensions than what is displayed in the 15-001 product picture.
