window balance identification help
I am having hard time identifying my window balance on your site. The length is 29", width: 1/2", depth: 9/16". The balance sides are hemmed. The letters on the back are marked as: 28 3 FU CMC 4. Is my balance Series 351?
Series 351 looks like the good start. The top of my balance is however winged as in 19-005, Channel Balance Top, Winged. The dimensions of 19-005 are the same as in my balance top. Replacement Balance
I have the attached pictures of my balance and it looks like a combination of 385 & 390. It also includes the marks "29 5" as well as "BSI" on the channel. Please let me know which one is the correct balance to order.

Channel balance with 19-005 and 15-001
I have 1/2" channel balance with Top 19-005 and bottom 15-002, this is what it looks like with 2740 stamp. I am not sure as i don't see this combination in your selection screen, cl/1_2-inch-Wide-Channel-Balances, please advise so i can place and order. Thanks Sam

I want to buy a pair of sash balances for a single hung window. I would like to buy the entire assembly rather than re-build from parts. Alenco balances
I need balances for 25= year old Alenco window. The channel is 22 inches long, 9/16 wide and 5/8 deep. It has "21 C" stamped on the channel. 2830Q channel balance for a 1986 Alenco window
My channel balance has a number of 2830Q stamped on it. I believe the windows were by Alenco and made in 1986. Is your balance S730-29 the proper balance. Your site says for "Silver line channel balance S730-29". Just checking before ordering. Thanks. Ron D.

MW Window Channel Balance Replacement Part
I have MW windows and need to replace a 31" Channel Balance. The stamp on the channel is 30D. I don"t know what part number the plastic end pieces are. DOes that matted as long as the channel is the right length and the ends look the same.

Correct Channel Balance
Hello, I have a hung windo in a 20 year old house that appears to have a mix of S380 and S390 window channel balance according to your drawings. The stamped numbers on it are 2130 "C". Identifying top and shoe
I believe I need either the series 380 or 390, however the shoe and top are slightly different. Shoe 15-001 and top 19-005 is the closest match. Kinco channel balance
I am needing to replace the balances in my home. The original manufacturer was Kinco. Windows were installed in 1986. Windows are non-tilting double hung. I think I need 390 series w/ 19-002top & 15001 shoe. Does this match any previous requests for similar window. Thank You.

Hello. I need to replace a 1/2" non-tilt channel balance but the top and shoe combination are not among your standard selections. The top looks like a 19-005 and the bottom looks like a 15-001 or 15-003.

I got a 2430 balance with a 19-002 top. However, I am having trouble identifying the right shoe. It's either 15-001 or 15-002. Size 2430 non-tilt 1/2" wide 19-002 top see pictures for the shoe (either a 15-001 or 15-002??) thank you.

S380-24 with matching top sash guide
I'm ordering S380-24. But, I need to replace a broken top sash guide, too. Which top sash guide is for S380-24? The weight of the sash is 13 lbs. Is 2330 the right option?
