What is the difference between the 385 and 395?

Good morning,I am looking for replacement balances to work for my current balances. According to customer service, the 19-011 is needed. The length is 34", with a stamp of 3320. Thank you!I need the (2) 3320 balances, but I will also need to purchase (4) 3330 balances.

rod is 35 1/8 inch long and 1/2 inch wide

Hi - thank you for your help, I couldn't quite match these up based on the photos. Metal channel length is 23", the stamp shows 22 D. If you have these available I would need 4 of them. thank you Shawn

I need to get 4 block and tackle balances as well (pictures attached). We need 4 take out clips as well (link attached). The length measuring only the metal (not including plastic attachments) is 27". Let me know if there is any other measurements of information you may need.

It may be a Reynolds window but I'm not sure how to confirm. Markings on Channel balance say 44 D RSI. Can you help me identify a replacement? Thank you.

The window is PGT 36" x 36" single hung. The balance top looks like 19-005. The bottom shoe looks like 15-005 but without the wings. The balance on the window is 37". Also, do you have installation video for this window? We would like to replace both left and right side balances. Photo attached. ... (cont.)

Need a pair of replacement channels for an older Alpine manufacturer window. It is 1/2" wide and 9" long; small window. It only weighs 3.5 pounds. I can't seem to find it pictured on your website. That is for Windows channel balance 1/2" width.
