I am looking for a replacement slide for my window. We need two of these slides. The length of the metal is 30".

I would like to identify the type of mechanism for my windows, see pictures. The total measured length is 23.3 inches and includes the two end hooks.

Loose Window weights about 40lbs. Impact window. This looks like the 377, but no little fins on the bottom shoe. Not sure if that's important. Looking for 10 on these. Let me know what you think. 30" length, so thinking the 2960? Thanks

My current channel balance has 2316 stamped on it. My high impact window sash weighs 38 pounds. Which stamp option should I be using. I need a 19-002 top & a 15-001 bottom; the channel balance is 24 inches long.

I have identified this as the series 390 channel balance. I'm not sure how to read the weight rating from the stamp: 22 9 GX CMC 11

Window is a 24700. Length of channel balance is 28" Width is 1/2" Top looks like a 19-005 Shoe size is 1 1/16". Not sure if a 15-001 or 15-002 would work Stamp on existing channel balance is 24-7.

These balancers are 30" and stamped 2950 BSI

can i get just the ends or do i have to buy whole mechanism? if i can get just the piece, it appears to be riveted in, does the new piece just snap in or does it have to be riveted?

My existing channel balancers are for a single hung, non-pivoting window with a sash weight of 47 lbs. They are marked 27 14L. Top attachment - 19-002 Bottom shoe 15-001 Length 28" Width 1/2" Your web site table for this balancer only goes up to 39lbs. Can you make a replacement? ... (cont.)

Hi,Need 8 of these for 4 windows. House is a Del Webb in Sun City Arizona, built in 1975. Couldn't find a match from your 1/2" wide channel balances. ordered S710-29 , should have been s395 opinion 2840. Do you sell the pop rivets that fit the channel that the 19-005 top and 15-001 shoe uses? Instead of re-ordering and paying for shipping again I would like to use the existing ends from the old channel. Thanks for your help.

27" 9/16 x 9/16 aluminum u chanel and believe top is 19-002 and shoe is 15-050 Weight is 2640 can you provide me a part number?
