I need window locks to I think go with 39-348 from 1987 to 1990 maybe or is there an equivalent, thanks

I ordered #38-144 but the inside is not the same as the one I am trying to replace. The 38-170, mentioned by a Swisco rep, is very close to what I need. The difference is the pin. Want to replace the hand cranks in our kitchen windows. They are measured at 4" long. Need to be right hand crank in white. What is available that might work?

Hi, I bought entry guard sash locks to replace my discontinued original locks. The location of the casement sash keeper will have to be changed to accommodate the replacement. Does the 38-075 sash lock handing have the hole in it gear driven part that pivots so two of them can be connected via a rod between them so they work in tandem? Thanks, Jay

Window is 16" w x 31" h, a small casement. Opens to left. Ring gear on the operator shaft pops out. I drove it in and it stays provided the window is used gently. This looks like a 38-170 in oil rubbed bronze. The stainless steel latch on my window has a part #31359. Can you get this for me.

I have a number of sash locks to replace on casement windows. The existing locks clearly have a left or right orientation and different part numbers (31300G and 31300H). Do you have these parts available in white? Thanks! -Dave

I purchased 2 of these, unfortunately it only works for a single locking mechanism, not a dual locking mechanism. Is there a different part # I should have ordered as I don't see it on your website.
