I'm looking for replacement window latches security, stops, and screens

do you have this exact lock (26-275) that measures 1-1/2 between installation hole centers

I need to add them to existing wooden windows to pass a code inspection.

Certeinteed coil balance assembly . Installed in 1998.Will also need pivot pens.

Most are rotten and or missing the middle piece. Just purchased a mfg home, need help replacing these. I don't know the part name and where I can purchase, hopefully.

Looking for parts. I bought a set of Jeldwen white Vinyl windows from Home Depot in 2003. The wen locks/keepers and the (weak) "security locking pin" assembly (plastic tab to allow window to open only 3") all need replacing.
