Hi, I need to replace my half inch channel balances in several older, aluminum windows. I have attached pics. Taking cues from an earlier post, the foot does seem to be 1&1/16 inches. I have measured an have decided that the top guide is a 19-009 and bottom is 15-003, the channel lengths are 29" and 17" inches do they have to be made or is a replacement already to go. thanks Richard

Do you have balances that are 1/2" channel with the 19-020 and 15-003 parts on them, and if so which one is it? The balance is stamped 223088067P

I need to replace four 1/2" wide X 28" long non-tilt Alenco window balances but I do not see the exact match for my balances in your online catalog listings. I already ordered two S351-29 29" channel balances with option 2830. But, this was unfortunately the wrong item. So, I need yor help.
