All information is in the attached pictures. Need to identify the type of channel hardware I need to make the windows go up and down easily. Also could use some instructions on how to remove the window pane off the tracks to replace the hardware.Thanks

Hello, not sure how to measure the shoe on these balances, the picture on the website is unclear. Do I measure from the wings or in the valley? See pic to see one measurement is 1-3/16" and the other was 1". Thanks for you help!

These are 29" in length, and the numbers are shown. they are 1/2" units.

Hello! I purchased the S385 above and I am having issues with the window "catching" the 'heel-to-toe' of the channel balance. My window is a bit wonky but I am wondering if there is an identical channel balance but with an even longer 'heel-to-toe' measurement that would help with supporting the win ... (cont.)

Attached are 3 photos with images and sizes of the nylon stops and the block and tackle balance. The aluminum channel is 17" long and supports a 12lb window. I'm confused on the two selection once is 1 inch and the other 1 3/32. The way it looks like u want the measurement im not close to either.

i believe I need a 30" 395 series but with a 15-003 shoe. The shoe on my balance is like a 1 1/4 not the 1 1/8. Can the 15.003 be applied to that balance to replace the 1 1/8

I need a replacement spring for my window balance, which is 21 inch long from one end of the metal sleeve to the other. The balance has the numbers 2030 marked on the sleeve.
