We have a customer trying to install this handle and they claim the screws that came with it are the wrong threading/size. Is this a possibility or something that you have heard of? Thanks

This door locks from the inside when the handle is pushed toward the door. It has a milgard brand I can't find any that look like it on the internet I hope you can identify it.
