Is there anything I need to do to existing lock before replacement? Lock shouldn't be damaged but can't get to engage. Any tricks? Thx!

Sliding patio door handle needs replacement. The bolt broke the handle on the inside of the door. I need to replace it but it has to be as identical as possible considering I'm renting

I believe the door is an Anderson but can't see any brand markings.

I have the attached latch assembly installed on my MI sliding glass door. I am looking for the female receiver that attaches to the door jamb. It was removed and lost by a Tennant. I have included a photo of the door serial number as well. Thank you Bob

Hi. The part of our slider that broke is the latch that locks/unlocks the door. I have looked to buy a new handle, but no one seems to sell the lock plate with a new handle so I need to find either the whole set or is it possible to only buy the piece that broke off? I have numbered the items and described the parts. Basically, my sliding door lock freezes in the up position (pic 1D). I do not see a lost part, I have pulled this mechanism apart as much as I can looking for a broken part inside the lock mechanism (pic 1E). Help!

Looking for a replacement patio door handle (prefer white) for Manufacturer Stipulates Conformance, product line 213-K-016, NFRC 100/200/300. I miss placed my original paperwork.

I believe I'm in need of a new keeper for this double hook mortise lock. There is a pin on the lock, between the 2 hooks, that must be depressed in order for the handle to throw. Is it possible the keeper had a bump out that depressed that pin? Or is the lock in need of replacement? ... (cont.)
