We are trying to replace our handle to our patio door. We know that it is 4 15/16 as we have taken it to several places to find a handle. The lock on the door is built into the handle and not sure if that will make a difference but just need to replace with whatever will work. Do we need more than t ... (cont.)

The lock was stuck so I have to break it and replace the handle

The entire lock mechanism and handle needs replacing.I am unsure if the key works the outside lock, but that part may remain the same if needed.Please help me identify which replacement parts I need.Thanks,Stacy

I need a door handle that extends no more than 1.75" from the door surface where the handle is mounted. What products do you make that fit that specification? Thanks.

My door is 1 1/2 inches thick. The screws are 4 5/16 inches apart. I also showed a picture of the lock. The interior handle broke off at the bottom. I'm having a heck of a time finding a handle replacement. Would you please help?

We are missing the part that locks into the handle. I don't know part numbers, just that it is a Newcastle XT/new haven sliding door. We took it off and attached it to a dog door which was subsequently loaned to someone who did not return it.

Per the photo, the only part number I can find, or manufacturer's mark is Series NCXT/BMII. The bottom screw post holding the handle onto the assembly has broken. The keeper for this patio door lock is missing. The distance between the outside ends of the holes where the hooks would latch need to be 3 3/4" apart minimum.
