Hello, I just moved and the door handle on my slider on the outside (black handle) won't close with a key. It's not on properly and when closed up again the frame it's tough to turn key. Everything works except a piece on the plate that keeps the screw in broke. Not sure if I can buy this plate separate or not but need to fix.

On the Double Mortise Lock it has "II(letters) Made in New Zealand, Patent Pending". The latch lever broke and I think it is because the mortise lock is no longer working properly. The plate under the handle is broken. It is a casted part and has two bosses that go into the door and then the screws go through to tighten the part of the handle that is on the outside. The boss broke off and I cannot torque down the screw. Is there a replacement part available or do I need to ... (cont.)
