The handle of this hardware set broke at the face of the door. Cannot find a manufacturer or logo on the part(s). Looking to replace just the handle or the entire set

Per the photo, the only part number I can find, or manufacturer's mark is Series NCXT/BMII. The bottom screw post holding the handle onto the assembly has broken. I have a patio sliding door that is stuck in the closed position. The latch lever is in the locked position and cannot be moved. I am trying to remove the door handle. The keeper for this patio door lock is missing. The distance between the outside ends of the holes where the hooks would latch need to be 3 3/4" apart minimum. Everything works except a piece on the plate that keeps the screw in broke. Not sure if I can buy this plate separate or not but need to fix.

On the Double Mortise Lock it has "II(letters) Made in New Zealand, Patent Pending". The latch lever broke and I think it is because the mortise lock is no longer working properly.
