My Harvey sliding door latch broke and it will not unlock. How do I release the mortise hook?

I am trying to find the handle for my sliding glass door. The mortise set looks very similar but I want to make sure before I purchase.

I have not been able to find a manufacturere of this door.

HI - I am not certain if this is a Swisco lock. My Patio lock is broken. The bottom hook does not move. Do you have a patio lock I can retrofit?

Door handle # DR05-1510 Other side #DR05-1505 The door is 1.5 inches thick Distance between screws is 4&15/16"

I have these three pictures. There are no markings I can see. The latch wont lock. I can't find a replacement that looks like mine. Can you ID this handle and sugest a replacement. Thank yuou!

The back of the inside door pull has broken, the metal tabs that retain the screws have cracked and the handle will not stay secured to the door. I really need just the back piece, that their handle fits into with the two set screws or the full replacement handle, color white.

The interior handle has two pre-cast posts which slide into holes in the door mount pictured in the first photo. One of the posts on the handle has broken. These posts also have a hole drilled through them to accept the mounting screws which are on the side versus the front. I'm looking for the corr ... (cont.)

Lock is only a lever interior lock. Double latching hooks that lock(engage) bracket mounted to door fram side. Bracket is approx 6" long, and 3/4" wide mounted inside of door track

I broke the exterior handle and was looking to replace the handles only since the lock is in good shape. It appears the screw hole spacing on the back plate is 5inches. The door is 1.5 inches thick. Will product 82-080 work?
