82-080 Mortise Style Handle Set, 4-15/16"

I have a sliding glass door hande, where everything is great, except the metal part unit in the center that holds the latches. There is no key, There are also NO part numbers on the unit or any identifing marks. On the Vinyl white parts, I found three numbers: DR05-1545, DR05=1540, and DR05-1530 ... (cont.)

I'm looking to purchase a replacement sliding door handle to replace the one in the attached photos. The only words on the handle are Made In New Zealand. There are no numbers on it.

The mounting part of the handle broke and I'm trying to see if I can find a replacement in almond. Is it possible to just get the interior handle?

HI - I am not certain if this is a Swisco lock. My Patio lock is broken. The bottom hook does not move. Do you have a patio lock I can retrofit?

The back of the inside door pull has broken, the metal tabs that retain the screws have cracked and the handle will not stay secured to the door. I really need just the back piece, that their handle fits into with the two set screws or the full replacement handle, color white.
