need to replace this hardware sliding door lock and handle (handle broke) nothing I can find matches up. try to not have to replace door, it's a rental..

Cant find anything about this lacth. Locking door latch, gear stripped so lock does not fully engage. No mfg info on parts. Can you identify for replacement? Thanks, Randy
