Markings look like "29 4 JU CMC 7". Metal channel is 30" long and approx 1/2" wide and 1/2" deep.

It's for a "NON-TILT" window. The window channel balance measures 27" long and with 1/2 inch. I was looking at the ones you have on your page but the shoe's do not match to mine. Hi, we need a replacement for a 21" channel balance. I don't know the brand, but stamped on the piece is 'a 21-3' (that's the only marking I can find) The channel width is 1/2" (actual 9/16") The other balance seems to be functioning adequately, but is probably 20 years old. Unknown window balancers, believed to be Kinco. Only part number on balancer is 17 2 BSI MK. I want to make sure what to hunt for as I have ~4-6 that have problems. I also identified a top sash guide 18-166 that I will be needing to order. Tx

We have a channel bracket that the spring and string won't move. It's locked up. It came off and fell out of the window. I have a window channel balance that needs to be replaced. It looks like it MIGHT be series 385. On it, it is stamped 35-9 KX CMC7. Is there any way you can verify this is the same channel balance style. They all look so similar. Thank you! Christy
